This is very bad... Just say no to the 'Digital Dollar'

If you don't know much about crypto, you might just assume that the "Digital Dollar" is basically the same as Bitcoin, but it is NOT. Governments all over the world are pushing for the development of something called a Central Bank Digital Currency. As Dan Bongino and Glenn Beck have been warning us, this digital dollar will be programmable. It will be based on crypto, but the government will ensure that they are able to make decisions about what you can and cannot buy. If you think having a special category for your gun purchases on a credit card is bad, just imagine how bad it will be to have the government turn off your ability to buy guns at the flip of a switch.

This is VERY BAD.

I love crypto, but CBDC's and the Digital Dollar are a totally separate beast and we should avoid the Digital Dollar at all cost.

By the way, generally when I promote a cryptocurrency on Truth Social or elsewhere, most of the comments that I get back are something along the lines of "the government can track your crypto, too," or "you're a marxist trying to get us to give up our data," or "cash is the only viable currency." What I try to tell people is that, yes cash is great, but at present, the government is doing their level best to destroy our cash. They are inflating everything to the extent that eventually our dollar won't be able to buy anything. Then they will introduce the digital dollar, as Glenn Beck points out, and they'll buy your worthless cash off you, but you'll be stuck with a new digital currency that they completely control.

This isn't some dystopian futuristic fairy tale; these CBDCs are literally being rolled out by governments around the world. If you watch Dan Bongino's or Glenn Beck's shows, you have been warned. Check out this article from the Washington Examiner. I was going to make it for supporters only, but it's too important for me not to share it with all of you.

P.S. This isn't financial advice, but... Bitcoin is pretty cheap right now. Might go lower still, but if you ever thought about maybe buying some, now might be a good time to dip your toes in. You can set up an account on Coinbase in about 30 minutes. You can buy as much or as little as you like. Bitcoin peaked at about $67k. It's sitting at $20k right now. Just sayin...

The Treasury Department intends to recommend that the federal government begin moving toward developing a digital dollar, allowing the United States to take significant steps toward adapting to the growing crypto industry and strengthening the dollar's dominance in competing with China.

The establishment of a government-created digital token compatible with the cryptocurrency marketplace would occur if either the legislative or executive branches of government deemed them to be of "national interest," according to CoinDesk. The report comes as the Treasury Department works on finalizing its report on crypto assets, which will elaborate on what actions the U.S. should consider to adapt to the economy, including the possibility of a central bank digital currency.

If the federal government does issue a central bank digital currency, it would have to be approved by the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, which has been studying the possibilities of such technology since January. The Department of Justice will also determine whether such a currency needs a new law once it issues its crypto report.

President Joe Biden issued an executive order in March requesting crypto recommendations from multiple agencies in the federal government. The Treasury Department is expected to release the "Future of Money" report in the coming weeks. While the report won't offer an endorsement, it will provide ideas for how the digital dollar could be designed, according to people involved with the project.

The White House has also pushed to restrict crypto mining — that is, when high-powered computers are used to verify virtual coin transactions. Bitcoin, for example, operates on what is known as a blockchain, essentially a public ledger that contains the history of every transaction. The miners' computers solve complicated math problems in order to add new blocks to the chain and are in turn rewarded with the digital token, making the endeavor profitable.

A White House Office of Science and Technology Policy report recommended that lawmakers consider implementing legal limitations on crypto mining due to the energy use and pollution associated with it. While this would significantly affect traditional bitcoin mining, other currencies such as ethereum have swapped to less energy-intensive technologies.

Congress has been seeking to increase regulations on the crypto industry, including efforts by the House Committee on Financial Services to regulate stablecoins, or currencies whose value is fixed based on some underlying asset, such as the dollar. However, the committee delayed the efforts until after the August recess and has yet to release additional details about the legislation.

The Treasury Department sanctioned Tornado Cash on Aug. 8, a virtual protocol used to send cryptocurrency and get it back via different addresses, over North Korean hackers using the service to hide stolen cryptocurrency.

The Treasury Department did not respond to a request for comment.

My Thoughts About The FTX / Democrat Money Laundering Scheme

I saw a tweet this morning that really opened my eyes to something that not enough people are talking about that is related to this FTX scandal. In this video I give a little bit of backstory for anyone who isn’t following the FTX situation, and then dive into what this tweet said and my thoughts about it.

Major Anti-censorship Update From Texas

Good afternoon Patriots! I just wanted to share some really good news out of Texas regarding their social media anti-censorship law. According to an article on ReclaimTheNet, the law was just upheld by the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. I wanted to make a quick video on this because the judge in this article made an argument that I haven’t seen before regarding Section 230 protections and their implications for censorship.

Podcast: Tech Pundits React to Elon's Purchase of Twitter

Good evening, Patriots!

OK, ok... We've all heard the talking heads crying about Elon buying Twitter. However, that's not what this week's podcast is about. I decided to give you all the arguments that liberal tech news "journalists" are making about Elon buying Twitter. It's a somewhat different take than you may have heard elsewhere. You may find that people who report on the tech news space have a bit of a different perspective on this from the folks that focus on CRT / wokeness all day long.

This is the kind of perspective you're not likely to get elsewhere because most people who report on tech news are full blown socialists. So, I hope you enjoy this episode!

God bless!

Parallel Economies Podcast Episode 1

Good evening / morning, Patriots!!

OK, I finally published episode 1 of the podcast. Please don't judge me too harshly. 😉 Hopefully, I'll get better with some experience. In this episode, I talk about Elon Musk's decision to turn down the board seat at Twitter, as well as TRUTH Social's CEO, Devin Nunes responding to a number of articles claiming that TRUTH Social has failed already. BTW, there's also a bit of breaking news in here, about the release date of the TRUTH Social Web App. The episode is just over 13 minutes long. Hopefully it came out, OK. I literally just finished exporting it. I hope you like it. ;-)

I'm off to bed!!!

Your Giggles for Today

A guy calls 911 in a panic. “My wife is having a baby! Her contractions are only one minute apart!” “Calm down,” the 911 operator says. “Is this her first child?” “No, you idiot!” the guy shouts. “This is her husband!”

A little girl asks her mother, “How did the human race appear?” The mother answers, “Well, God made Adam and Eve and then they had kids. So all mankind was made.” Two days later the little girl asks her father the exact same question. The father answers, “Many years ago, there were monkeys from which the entire human race evolved.” The confused little girl returns to her mother and says, “Mom, you told me the human race was created by God, and Dad said man developed from monkeys. Why do you have different stories?” The mother answers, “Well, I was referring to my side of the family and your dad was talking about his side.” (Lol! A oldie that needed repeating).

“When my parents got divorced, there was a custody fight over me . ....

PayPal shuts account of group who fought to keep schools open during pandemic
Another casualty of the recent PayPal purge.

UsForThem, a UK parents’ group that campaigned to keep schools open during the pandemic, has been banned from PayPal because of “the nature of its activities.” The group says that after the ban, it is unable to access thousands of pounds in donations.

“We were completely taken aback to learn that PayPal was discontinuing our services ‘due to the nature of [our] activities’. No prior warning or meaningful explanation was given, and despite them saying we could withdraw our remaining balance, we cannot,” said the group’s co-founder Molly Kingsley to The Telegraph.

“UsForThem has only ever been fully transparent about the organization’s aims, and our mission statement is on a prominent page of our website for all to read. That makes clear that our core focus is campaigning for children to be prioritized in public decision-making.

“If something about that mission offends PayPal, why could they not be transparent about that? For a small volunteer organization, this has a significant impact on our ability to operate, as presumably was intended.

“It is extremely hard not to draw the conclusion that this is a politically motivated cancellation of an organization that in some way offends PayPal.”

Toby Young, Free Speech Union’s founder, also claimed PayPal banned his account for political motives. The Free Speech Union’s account was also banned, as well as the account of the non-profit Gays Against Groomers.
